Most likey a put on. Notice the site. Pressing heavy weights is one thing, carrying around the same weight on your head would be a real problems IMHO.

Notice how he insists on paper covering the window. There’s something he doesn’t want to us to see there. Why does he want to take off his shoes at such a weird time? Could it be that he doesn’t want us to look at the window? Could any of the people there be plants?
I’d bet $1000 that the window is much taller than you think and slides up into the wall. It then can slide down (or up) and expose a part that has a pre-cut hole in it. Notice that you’re not allowed to see the naked window after he climbs out.[/spoiler]
