One thing that we haven’t mentioned yet is how the DEMOCRAT, whoever it may be, reacts to the attack himself. What he says and where he goes will be followed carefully in a terrible first few days after it, and if he starts up the Bush-blaming at the wrong time, he’ll turn of lots of people of all parties. It’ll be very tricky for him.
As is the distinction between “off” and “of” was for me in the last phrase of the second sentence. Sorry.
