So I’ve heard.
So then you know why your comparison was nonsensical.
So what am I supposed to do now? Declare myself a fool and shut up?:mad:
One could only hope - you’ve proven it often enough.
:Sigh: If I want a smart-aleck answer I’ll muster one without your sparkling wit.
doubtful.
Don’t count on it.
I know you are, but what am I?
wow - truly thou art gifted.
Glad to meet you, Pee Wee Herman.
Still waiting.
Oh, all right. I admit I’ve been putting it off. But I was away all evening and had no chance to go back to that post. I promise I’ll take it up in the morning. :o
TWEET!
Stop the snark and insults immediately. Take any and all beefs with each other to the Pit.
Any more cutting remarks or drive by replies that do nothing but snark at each other will be warned.
I went to that link. I have seen things like that before, years ago. I am not impressed. Lies? From your point of view, maybe, considering what I see as an ulterior motive–to drag me down to conformity with your ilk, or leave me in a state of emotional damage that you can enjoy.
Did you check your dictionary?
No need to-- I used the definition you guys gave me; remember?
That was worth waiting a day and a half for. You can’t get that kind of incisive commentary with brief perusals.
Kinda like when your waiting on the phone for someone to check availability of an item - you just know they really took that long to review inventory levels.
I TOLD you these things can’t be rushed. Still, I should have kept my promise.
Mis-quoting sources - so as to give the impression opposite of the source material - is an outright lie - the link has numerous references of that type - including misquoting its own literature.
How can that be a “point of view”?
Let me give an example -
“The Encyclopedia Americana notes that the doctrine of the Trinity is considered to be 'beyond the grasp of human reason.” (ti p.4)
The actual quote -
“It is held that although the doctrine is beyond the grasp of human reason, it is, like many of the formulations of physical science, not contrary to reason, and may be apprehended (though it may not be comprehended) by the human mind”.
