No. Having no particular reason to like something is not necessarily exactly the same as having an explicit reason to dislike it. I think you’re simplifying it to the point of arithmetic, when it’s really more subtle, and recursive than all that - a very small difference in initial conditions can snowball into a very big difference in outcome.
