Well, it’s good to know that you are at least that self-aware.
Depending on the meanings of “willingly associate” or “pedophile,” I already have.
Knew a guy that had been convicted of exposing himself to little girls. Based on my knowledge of him, his conduct since then (so far as I knew it), and the specifics of the case, I found it understandable and forgivable. He wasn’t someone whose company I sought, but when I got to the party and he was there, I didn’t leave.
Also knew a guy who had been convicted of molesting a girl when he was a teen. Again, didn’t seek him out, but didn’t avoid him.
An unrepentant child rapist would probably be a different story.
Doesn’t “molesting a girl” make the person in question a child rapist? Just curious as those two statements seem to contradict one another.
