Would you buy a Samsung or Moto budget smartphone?

I’ve had a budget Samsung for over a year, and it is perfectly good. The gscreen is completely clear, even after dropping it several times.

My one qualm is that the camera is pretty poor, but otherwise, it’s a fine device.
