I wonder if the results have changed over the last two years? I would imagine the Ford folks were pretty embarassed by this.
I guess if I read the rest of the site, I would have seen that one of the posters provided a cite where the current model year F-150s scored much better.
My dad has that model F-150. I’ve heard this report on the news or something a while ago, and as a result, instructed my father to, in the event of an oncoming collision, do his best to aim straight toward the obsticle.

The federal government holds trucks and SUVs to a lesser standard than cars when it comes to crash-worthiness. Some have tried to bring the trucks up to car standards, but the automakers have managed to knock down the effort each time.
I’ve wanted a Mini Cooper for years.
This will only feed the flames of desire.
Knowing that I can hit a wall at 40 miles an hour and just hose off the dashboard in the aftermath.
I wonder if this will damage any of the clowns packed inside.
