Yeah, me too, but aren’t there some people you’d tackle, take down, and try to protect?
Me…in order, I’d probably be more likely to protect: my own theoretical children, my friends’ children, anyone’s children, my close family, my closest friends, and then (I know this sounds odd) people I don’t know well but do know are parents of small children, and then parents of small children. That would be in a situation where, say, I just saw their kid walk off somewhere safe, but they themselves are being threatened.
Kids need their parents. The best praise I can give my own parents for being so wonderful to me is to do my best to provide other children an opportunity to have parents, too.
