It’s pretty simple, pick one or the other
nm. Sorry.
Some of us have no idea who Cena is.
Isn’t it nice that everybody knows - or cares- what “Cena” is, and whether it sucks.
I love things that are supposed to be self-explanatory.
Can’t he be both, like the late Earl Warren?
Points and laughs Ha ha! You like wrestling!
Shouldn’t this be in Cafe Society?
That is the forum for acting, even poor acting.
In a thread titled “Wrestling Poll,” wouldn’t the most logical explanation be that he’s a wrestler?
Never heard of him, so he must suck.
I looked up “cena” in Wiki and it turns out that thi is a deep and meaningful question, though not really suited for a binary poll.
- In Czech, “cena” means “prize or price”. “Prize” would get my vote for “Let’s go!”, “price” would be “Sucks”. Unless it’s a very good price, in which case it would be “Let’s go!”.
- In Latvian, Cerbo-Croation, Slovak, Slovene and Polish it simply means “price”. See above for voting guide.
- In Italian, Spanish and Latin, “cena” means “dinner”. Dinner is generally good, so that would get a “Let’s go!” vote. Unless it’s not, in which case “sucks”.
-In Portuguese it’s “scene” or “stage”. In this case I would abstain from voting as that is simply not enough information to make such an important call.
Truly a question to be wrestled with…
Nah, couldn’t be. That would make sense.
Personally I like Cena but I don’t really follow wrestling much anymore.
I hate his character, but he can put on a great match if he’s working with someone else who’s good. I like that he’s not afraid to make himself look bad in the service of an interesting story (unlike some other people in his position in the past.) But still, he’s for the kiddies and he’s so boring. Cena sucks.
Moving to the game room.
I’ve never liked Vince’s insistence that their top guy be Superman. Hogan, Austin, Cena, same shit. “Can he overcome the odds of fighting the entire locker room while carrying 12 puppies and a bottle of nitroglycerine?” OF COURSE HE CAN, HE’S SUPERMAN!
Damn. I might have to get back into wrestling.
No “YOU CAN’T WRESTLE” option?
I can’t pick one or the other.
I kind of feel bad for Cena. He’s actually a good worker (when they let him “wrestle”,) he seems to do whatever the writers want him to without complaint, and (in non-kayfabe) interviews I’ve seen, he comes across as a nice and humble guy.
SuperCena is the writers fault; I’m really bored with Cena the character. He’s jobbed out without any public complaint but it seems he’s been on the top whether he wants to be there or not.
