How about an eposode where the crew of the Enterprise has to use bad science, all their wits, and great deal of luck to stop aliens from destroying the Enterprise/the Earth/ the Galaxy?
Suddenly the Enterprise’s sensors picked up a ship, seemingly from nowhere, as it popped into existance on their port side.
“Yellow Alert,” Kirk says “lets see this badboy on our oversized viewmaster screen”
A stunningly flawless ship blinked onto the screen, her name the Heart of Gold…
“Captain, we’re being hailed”
“Thank you, Ohuru, I’ll see you in my quarters later if there are no hot Alien chicks on this vessel”
The Visage of a humaniod with two heads appeared on the screen. “Hello Enterprise, My name is Zaphod Beeblebrox. I understand you keep killing off people in red shirts for some reason… Well it’s just bad luck that my ship’s improbability drive has brought all 1,472 of them back to life and they would like to get a meal and take a shower…”
Of course this was all falling on deaf ears as Kirk was staring at the chest of a certain beautiful human woman stationed behind Zaphod…
