Just a simple question. When a writing agent has the titular phrase included in their submission howto, does this mean that if you send a query to them, you aren’t allowed to send a query to any other agent until they turn you down?
Are agents who have this stipulation generally worth this waiting time (presuming you are accepted)? Or is one better to put them on the bottom of the heap?
