I researched all the “drugstore” brands, in my price-range, by scouring reviews on blogs, youtube, and sites that sell them. They all kind of suck. But they are cheap enough, to try for yourself.
I tried Lumene. It had the best reviews, in my price-range, (under $20).
I love it! I prefer a little higher SPF. But that’s an easy fix.
Don’t let the “illuminating” scare you. It does not sparkle, glow, or shine.
