Beer/Stout/Lager brews take one week, minimum, depending on how strong the brewer likes their suds. My stepdad had the Mr Beer setup and he went coconuts on it! He even once brewed jalapeño beer. Which, Imo

Not true. We stayed in a VRBO earlier this week and the tiny window AC unit droned continuously overnight while set at 72F. It did have a “power saver” setting in which it cycled on for 20-30 seconds, then shut off for 2 minutes, which was even worse than the non-stop droning.
