Let’s not forget that we’re not talking about a pauper, here. Deion is still uberrich, isn’t he? Why exactly is he whining about getting his car fixed?
(Or did he piss it all away?)

So Compton gets on radio, spouts his own side of the story with no opportunity for rebuttal from Sanders, about an incident that has already been decided (in Sanders’s favour) in court, and we’re expected to believe every word he says? Because no-one has ever heard of car repair shops overcharging or doing unnecesary work in order to rack up the hours, right?
When i first read the OP and the linked article, i admit that my first reaction was, “A rich, selfish wanker using idiotic bible talk to get what he wants.” I’ve never been a big fan of Sanders anyway, and if the story as Compton presented it were true, i would not have been surprised.
But courts are funny places. They actually allow both sides to present their cases, and use rules of evidence and testimony of witnesses in an effort to determine who is correct. And in this case, the judge found that Compton could not make his case. Even if Compton’s side of the story is true, perhaps he should have made out a written quote and had Sanders sign it before doing the work.
The guy who won all the money from Century 21 at the home run derby starting spouting off about Jesus and stuff. So much that he would have made Kurt Warner proud.
So Jesus hates the other people who didn’t win? And hey, didn’t Jesus also tell us about sharing and stuff? Sam Ryan should have called him on that.
Dummy. I bet next year the winner doesn’t get any mic time.
