Correct. I have blank copies of these hanging on my wall. I’ve actually only placed a filled out ticket on a car once (sonofabitch was at Target three days before Christmas taking up two parking spaces), but many, many coworkers have taken blank copies from my wall to issue to asshole parkers. Never received one… yet.
