It was copy pasted by contrarian sources all over and it is very likely that you got that bit from comments from shady sites like that or even Facebook, the point stands, the origins of it did are misleading others, and then those others linked to it. As it happens many times, what I’m deducing is that you do have to improve the quality of your internet friends.
