Yahoo calls nutbag an anti-abortion hero

I’m beyond words.

I know this pitting is weak sauce but to call the man who invented the fiction that a woman has a natural defense against pregnancy in cases of rape a FUCKING HERO is just inconceivable.

I know yahoo is about as reliable as the Enquirer but now they’ve resorted to outright lies.

Whoa, big horse, steady up, there. Read the same words, all I got out was this guy is a hero to anti-abortion people. If they were praising him, they would have called him “pro-life”.

Did Yahoo even write the headline? It’s a Reuters story. ETA: It has the same headline on the Reuters site.

Stalin: Communist Hero
Bruce Campbell: B-Movie Hero

I’ll go back and read it again…

Foreigner: Jukebox Hero.

The tone of the article is clearly not sympathetic to pro-lifers. Calling John Willke an “anti-abortion hero” is about as praising as calling Ted Bundy a “population-control hero”.

I was taken aback by the title myself, but once I read the article, the word ‘hero’ didn’t what I thought was meant. I think the word is correctly used as pointed out by the smarter people upthread.

Nutbag calls Yahoo on anti-abortion hero.

FTFY

Yeah, and why are daylight robbers always called “daring”? Fuck those guys!

I think calls for a great big: Never mind!

Or maybe just a small little Emily Litella one.

Ham, turkey, roast beef and Swiss (with lettuce, tomato, onions and mayo) on a long roll: delicious hero

Typo Negative: Guitar Hero

Four Non Blondes - Youtube He-Ro.

I, I will be King. And you, you will be Queen. Though nothing will drive them away, we can beat them, just for one day.

Bonnie Tyler: Holding out for a Hero

Masi Oka: Hiro.

And…?

Whatever happened
to all the heroes?
All the Shakespeareos?
