  • OK, there’s the tiniest sliver of grey on the rightmost star against P&P charges - which annoys me a bit, because I never overcharge on P&P, in fact on multiple purchases, I often subsidise the shipping cost a bit - what do people want?

I have one neutral - back from the very early days when I sold something without an adequately decent photo and the buyer was disappointed with the item in the flesh (I gave him a refund) - but this is now diluted out of the current statistics anyway.
