Yet Again: Weird License Plates

Not so obvious to me. Someone toss me a clue, please.

As I am a “kite person”, my license plate displayed KYGHTS.
(There’s only so many ways you can spell “kite” in English.)

Would it be totally nerdy of me if my first guess was that it was a misspelling of Tidus, and Tennessee was relevant because of the “Ten” in it?

Hi Ho Silver?

and one just the other day:

URNDWAY (dislexia kept trying to make it under)

Hope they’re from Iowa.

Hi-Ho Silver.

Quote of the Lone Ranger.

That’s what I thought it might be, but I was reading the “10” as “ten” and wasn’t sure. Thanks!

Best one I’ve seen recently was B UNIQ 1.

I’m reading it as ‘tedious’.

At a classic car show last weekend, one of the nicely restored (all the chrome spiffy and shiny, paint without a scratch, etc.) cars had this plate:

8MYCASH

<< Universal Solvent Corporation, Container Research Division >>

I see this on a car in my workplace’s parking lot:

4MYX2C

Bitter much about a former marriage, are we? (Can’t remember exactly what brand of car it is; possibly a Mercedes-Benz.)

Last time I was to home in Texas, we went past a huge beast of a car with its older guy owner, who looked pretty close to Sam Elliot with a hat on.

The plate said BUYOIL.

If that wasn’t the picture of stereotypical, I don’t know what was.

Down the street from my mother’s place in PA, there is a red Ford Focus with the vanity plate:

BUM HIP

No clue why the owner wants everyone to know about that.

A guy who owned a grocery store in my town had a Datsun 240Z back when that was a desirable car, nicely tricked out with the plate

RUNVS

Which took me a long time to decipher ("Are you envious?)

I once saw a license plate that was UBRGEEK.

The funny thing was, it was on a beat-up, rugged old pickup truck. Not exactly what a pictured as the typical Ubergeek-mobile.

Don’t get it.

Ace King Queen Jack Ten is a winning hand in poker. As often played in Vegas

:smack:

There’s a car in my neighborhood with this one. I wonder who the hell the owner knows to actually get it:

BALZBUB

My neighbour’s son 2 doors up has:
