I am saying good bye to my 5 year old computer (technically he’s just moving to another room, a better room, nice view, low rent). He’s been a good one and was top of the line the day I got him. Took five whole years for him to be under the required system stats.
For the past couple of years I have been building computers for friends and relatives while neglecting my own poor system (I did upgrade the video card and installed a TV card, lil ram but that’s about it). I have decided to build me a box. A black box, with black thingies jutting out of it, and all sorts of colors inside.
I’ve not made this thread to pat myself on the back but to ask what you think of my list-o-computer stuff. Am I missing anything? Any suggestions (especially want to hear of good cooling alternatives for CPU)? Hate computers? Then compliment my coding. Hate coding? Correct my grammar. So people here it is: the coveted list.
