Right, in fact, if you dead-head, they WON’T produce seed. You don’t have to let all the flowers drop naturally if you think they look too ratty. Just don’t dead-head everything.

Hmm, looking at the pics, I think it’s a hybrid version. If you get seeds, you may end up with some strange-colored version.
The plain ones are white and almost noxiously fragrant, very sweet, especially in the evening. I start new ones from seed every year, but I always get some “volunteers” that spring up near last year’s crop.
