Yoga in Seattle?

I hope this is appropriate for IMHO. If not, please move it elsewhere.

Anyway, I’ve been thinking of taking up yoga, especially since someone in the GQ Yoga thread posted a link that suggested it’s good for carpal tunnel. I live in Seattle – anyone around here have any good suggestions for where to take yoga classes?

Only if you tell where you found tap dancing classes…

A guy who used to be at my gym is now at Velocity Dance Studio on Capitol Hill.

& I’ve heard good things about classes through UW Extension.

Johnson & Peters Tap Studio (easy to remember) located in Greenlake. I haven’t signed up for classes yet, but one of my boyfriend’s co-workers takes lessons there and says it’s great.
