Another vote for sleep here.
All right, clarification:
You may choose when to activate your free hour, and this can vary daily. But you must activate it every day, and do the same activity every day for one year.
The interacting-with-the-world caveat is, in hindsight, poorly worded. Let’s try this: You can do anything that you would do in your normal life. In other words, you can play video games, you can watch DVDs, you can go for a jog. But you can’t go to the Piggly Wiggly and squirt whipped cream into your mouth, nor can you wander around backstage at the Springsteen concert, nor can you hump Hilary Clinton’s leg.
Two things at once, sure. Knit and watch Netflix while listening to Guy Lombardo (doesn’t have to be Guy every day; go ahead and listen to the Dead Kennedys when you need a change of pace).
If your thing is walking, you can walk different routes. You must walk for an hour, though. Or watch movies for an hour. Or read (books, magazines, and/or cereal boxes) for an hour.
Did I cover everything?
You’re lucky. I"m pretty sure I only get 23.
