It was 20 years ago I want to say 207x3. Google tells me it is now 1N3xx, depending on language, which is certainly different from the time I was in.

OTOH, the OP never indicated in the OP that he and the other people involved were kids themselves. I can’t guarantee it, but I probably would have reacted with a had I known that. Hoo boy, do people do dumb things at that age! I totally get that. I read it as a “this is what happened to me last week” anectode about adults.

Brewha, I humbly apologize for pissing on your thread. I overreacted, because that is a touchy subject for me. Anybody who knows me would tell you I’m not normally an old grouch - quite the opposite, in fact. My comments weren’t meant to be so critical.
