The link goes to a PSA about adoption that I worked on.
I should point out that my voice is NOT the squeaky one coming out of the woman in curlers. It’s the man’s voice at the end.

How many takes?
I did voice over for a TV commercial in the Republic of Georgia, but I can’t find it online anywhere. I think we must have done 15-20 takes.
I think I did about eight or nine takes, just to give the director some different colors to work with.
A nice voice. You’re gay, right?
Not quite, no.
Aww, that’s a sweet PSA Good work!
Thanks. I did another one with the same director that I actually like better, with a guy playing basketball with his adopted son and whiffing a total air ball, then saying “okay, good defense” to the boy (who’s looking at him like the world’s biggest loser). That one isn’t up on YouTube yet, though.
This is my voice on a college project of my sister’s from 2008.
Do you do regular voice work? I dabble…podcasts, educational stuff, etc.
Some clips here…if anyone is interested.
I wish I could listen. I love hearing Dopers. I’ll comment just so I’ll be subscribed and remember to listen when I get home.
I’m here if anyone is interested. I’ve done quite a bit with poetry podcasting and various recordings.
