What would Mr. Spock say to someone who had just sneezed?
“God bless you” seems extremely unlikely. Not logical at all. That point covers any and all translations.
Well?
(Madalyn Murray O’Hair had an interesting alternative.)

“Do you require medical treatment, or are you merely reacting to something environmental?”
“Live long and prosper” seems appropriate.
I’ve never understood why it’s necessary to say anything. Why not just say nothing? If it’s truly required, why not just say, “hey, that guy sneezed!”
‘Take this tissue.’
That’s disgusting. Use a tissue when you do that.
Fascinating.
Spock was intelligent enough to know that more emotional races function better with meaningless word-noises called “phatic speech”, so he would learn which noises went with which situations and deploy them as needed.
You are soooo good-looking!
“Acknowledged.”
Absit Omen can be translated loosely as “I hope you are not coming down with something” which seems good enough.
“Please do that elsewhere.”
“This better not be those damn flowers again.”
Haha I was hoping to be the first to suggest this.
“I suggest you go to Sickbay and have Dr. McCoy give you a thorough examination to make sure you haven’t caught Rigellian influenza.”
“I will pass your recommendation that we scuttle the Enterprise along to the captain, but could you please explain why you offered it in an obscure Proto-Romulo-Klingon dialect?”
I said once that Doctor McCoy may yet cure the common cold. He is taking an inordinate amount of time to do so, I see.
I grew up with nothing. If we were to say “bless you” or “gesundheit” in Norway every time someone sneezed, we’d have no time to do our other winter activities.
“Fortunately, I am immune to viruses that affect humans.”
^:dubious:^
There’s no logical reason to say anything so I expect he would say nothing
