I’m just hoping this goes class action. I hate wearing ties. If we can put Dockers and dress shoes on a rider somehow, I’m all over this law-suit.

Wish I had a good cite for this, but in Wisconsin I believe some mortician sued over having to wear a tie to work. Its kinda along the same lines, but I guess his reasoning was the tie would end up in the cadavers body cavity heh.

I think I do, but this tie is reducing blood flow to me brain, so I can’t remember.

It may sound silly but at least some courts take this sort of complaint seriously. Unequal dress codes based on sex have repeatedly (but not always) been held as sex discrimination and IMHO in some cases rightly so.
