Well, since you are not cm, I can comment that the Sahel was included in the NASA world map that is part of the temperature global map (what it is clear is that the Arctic was the area that has been most affected but once again the point is that the change is global, not just an specific region).

The alarmists would shut up in shame if they even knew how to connect the dots on a graph, as I have done here. Starting with GISS’s own graph (what’s that? Gore’s Institute for Sophistry and Slander?), I’ve shown that the graph is dominated not by increases, but by sharp reductions in temperature, shown as dark blue lines. I’ve painted in light blue the periods when temperature declined. Note that it’s almost always declined! Except for a few very brief periods (a few months in 1983, 1986, 2004) the trend was always cooling, and sharply so!

Well, from all this intelligent discussion on Global climate change I’ve learned that, without a doubt, there will be a 100% chance of weather in the future. We certainly need to do something about that pretty soon if we want to escape it.
And I’ve learned this Stalin thing, which boy howdy was news to me. I had no idea that ANYONE claimed Stalin. Not sure how that relates to weather, but hey “ignorance” was “fought”.
