I am a weirdo. Pretty much everyone else who does physical therapy at the place I go to does all the other stuff to get to the ice and muscle stim stuff. I like the exercise bike warmup. Anyway, to the main little blurb…
I’m in the room, on one of the tables getting the stuff ready for my back to be iced, and, as I’m laying down, I realize that only half of my back is cold. [Stupid me, the ice is only on one side.] I am thinking, “Wait a minute…” and then I look up and the Physical Therapist guy is cracking up. Apparently I must’ve made a weird face. I look at him with an even more confused face, and he starts to explain with, “That was great. This will stay in my head for the rest of the week,” with this very serious but comical tone. By now I’m cracking up, and then he finally explains that I had made the most bewildered face he’d ever seen. I finally get the joke, and then comment on my friend, Skantz, having a very strange look on his face almost constantly due to confusion.
I dunno what to think of my PT guy laughing at me like that. I guess it’s good I made him laugh.
