Except not, because it doesn’t impair the actual task. It never impaired me at all. I’m willing to concede that maybe lightweights should not smoke and drive, but even then, it’s not as bad as driving drunk, or even as bad as drivinmg tired or while talking on a cell phone.

This is my favorite part of Diogenes threads, where he either claims that he didn’t say stuff that he clearly (and quotably) did, or claims that cites say things they don’t, or best of all, both.
It cracks me up that he is expecting us to buy, “I never felt impaired when I was stoned so therefore I was not impaired.” Riiiiiight. I just bet he didn’t!

Dio, you claim to have a 160 IQ. Shouldn’t you have been able to come up with the hypothesis that, even if you were impaired, it wouldn’t hurt your grades, since you are already at a higher level than anyone else?
And that’s all I’m going to say, since the rest would be feeding your trolery. That’s honestly the only way I can believe you can switch between being a perfectly intelligent poster to the childishness of claiming you didn’t say what anybody can just look up and read that you’ve said.
I really can’t find any other way you can switch from skeptical mindset to Fundie–believing that your experiences mean more than citable data.

I hope so. I thought Cartooniverse’s OP was a great rant, and I’d love to know more about what happened. The hijack is just more Diogenes’ Experience Trumping All, and it’s boring. He never changes his mind, no matter what cites you bring.
1.) I’m suspicious of the fact that **Cartooniverse **has never responded to say that he did, in fact, view the security tapes.
2.) Smoking pot has nothing to do with somebody’s likeliness to steal shit. **This particular pothead **happens to be a fucking loser.
3.) Coming to an event fucked up as a client is not remotely comparable to coming to the same event fucked up as a vendor. The person paying for something is only cheating themself; the person being paid would be cheating everyone who gave them money.
