Very tragic fire in Pennsylvania:

Local restaurant/bar owner decides to hold fundraiser to help the families of those killed:

Fundraiser results in more tragedy:

Note this was about 6 pm, well before sunset–so there is no possibility the driver couldn’t see because of darkness. One victim was someone the car hit; the second was the driver’s mother sometime later.

It doesn’t sound like the assailant/driver has any connection with anyone involved with the fire, or anyone at the fundraiser either.
