You name it and his very imaginative mind creates a conspiracy.

Oh, I went for a short ride on the conspiracy train as the New Millennium dawned. The whole idea that the civilized world could go kerflooie because of the computer rollover to the year 2000 was…compelling.
And then the stories floated around that the teams of people who traveled all over to fix the programming were also serving another agenda.
New World Order, Illuminati, blah blah.
Once you get tangled up in that crap, you can feel the eyes on you, looking around every corner.
It took a while for me to wake up and say, “Now wait a minute…”
Nostradamus. What a guy! If he lived nowadays, he’d be living in his mom’s basement, dropping hallucinogenics and contemplating his belly button. His mom would drag him off to the “Dr Phil” show, and Dr Phil would ship him off to a wilderness therapy camp.
Nostradamus sat in a dark, cold room, no heat, I think he had a candle, and he contemplated a bowl of water with oil swirling on the surface.
And then he wrote bad poetry.
How can anyone be inspired by that?

Yes… In my experience, if you believe in one, you believe in multiple. I’ve been around.
I sampled an edible before I wrote the messages and it really hit me.
I love how they talk about all the useless “research” they’ve done. They think doctors are taught to think a certain way, feeding them propaganda. The ones that do come out against the vaccine are ostracized and that’s why everyone fall in line.
Beckdawrek. Thanks for your story. I feel like a failure with these people.
of those things I listed about Bill Gates, I don’t know what’s real or not… Anyone want to help? I think I know that Bill Gates hung out with Charlie Epstein after the first time he was convicted…
You’re not a failure. There are perfectly sane, productive individuals walking around with various and sundry beliefs that can be considered ‘whacko’.
It’s not new. My old Granny thought it best to stay indoors when the wind blew in a certain way. She thought government men were putting germs into the wind and giving people cancer. And she was one of the smartest people I’ve ever known.
Don’t let’s discuss the revenuers and the moonshine cookers/bootleggers in the South. She had many, many ‘stories’ about that.
you can’t reason someone out of something they didn’t reason themselves into.
Well, that there is profoundly true.
Agreed.
Especially if they’re over the age of 20. Yes, it has its uses, but it is NOT a cure-all.
I know I’m going to regret this, but what the holy hell are “Smart-Vaxers”? Are these the people who spew every antivax trope in existence, claiming they’re not antivaccine but “pro-safe vaccine”?
Sorry, not buying the bullshit about how politicians/government officials have lied about some things, so we have license to believe any and all brain-dead conspiracy theories about 9/11, the moon landings, chemtrails etc.
Bill Gates gets a load of crap because he’s feelthy rich and controlling the world by giving a lot of his dough away for satanic causes like trying to eradicate polio. It’s part of a plot to depopulate the world so Big Pharma can make lots more money by selling drugs to nonexistent people.
You can look it up, just stay away from the MSM, which lies.
*don’t forget to subscribe to my podcast, Screaming Lunacy For Beginners.
Hey Jackmanni,
I don’t use the internet cuz it sends messages to my smart tv and wifi enabled blender allowing them to control my mind if I did use the enternet.
Do you have your podcast in a newsletter I can subscribe to? Do you mail your newsletter general delivery? I don’t get home delivery so that the gobernment mailman can’t secretly open my mail and spy on me that way.
Hmm. I’d say there’s a couple type of younger person conspiracies.
The first type is about politics and elections. How could my candidate lose? Everyone I know is voting for him/her! It must be an establishment conspiracy!! They generally grow out of this as they learn there’s a big world outside of a college campus or a college town.
The second type is more just paranoia about excessive surveillance. No one is bugging the tables in the lunch room just to hear if you talk shit about work. Even internet usage isn’t often strictly monitored. At my last company, they only cared when they’d decided you’re fired and they want to build a case against you.
Edited: yes I realize there are companies with super strict internet policies and it’s always good to learn what’s accepted and what’s not in your position
There is a current discussion in IMHO on the theory that RFK had Marilyn Monroe murdered…
