That’s interesting information, but the number of spoonsful is lost along with the recipe. The stuff had a fairly strong and unpleasant smell, but a steak marinated in it and then grilled was pure heaven. I can sort of replicate it, as there was an equal amount of soy and wine. The rest is guesswork.
