Your childhood TV crushes

I saw June Lockhart in a TV show last week. It was a rerun of Las Vegas (original aired in 2004). I recognized her, but man–she definitely looks 95.

Shirley has aged well.

Does Dorothy Hamill count?

You do realize she only spins like that on ice.

Shirley borrows a hooker’s outfit in “The Memory Lingers On” – the episode with the skunk.

In HS a guy did the famous Farah Fawcett poster in chalk on a chalkboard. Really great copy and the teacher left it up until school ended in June. Lots of guys had that poster but I did not

anyone who looks very good at 95 probably had so many facelifts her next one will give her a goatee

Nobody has mentioned Peggy Lipton? Seriously?

My favorite episode is “The Undergraduate,” where Shirley and Susan are dressed in hot pants.

“Mrs Robinson,” indeed!

Victor Buono.

When I was a kid, Penny from Inspector Gadget and the bridge officer on the Battlestar Galactica with brown hair and very blue eyes.

I don’t swing that way, but he was probably my favorite actor as a kid. Thanks to him, I caught on to Batman being a comedy show before most kids my age. I wasn’t surprised to learn that a good percentage of his lines as King Tut were ad libbed.

Maren Jensen (post 158)?

Yeah actually a toss-up, come to think of it, with Margaret Hamilton.

Yeah, that’s her, Maren Jensen.

I would have liked Peggy Lipton a lot more if her acting hadn’t been so bad. I could never get over the way she delivered lines like “He’s desperate. He might do anything.”

The only actress I can think of who ever came close to Peggy in sheer woodenness is Emily “Oh, wait!” Proctor on CSI: Miami. I just can’t get the bad taste out of my mouth. :face_vomiting:

Oh! yeah…I was too young to figure out what was going on, but it was probably a crush. I must have been about 6, 7, 8.
