You're trying to ban SALT?!

Should be easy work, then, for you to explain why each of the concerns he mentioned has been proven completely baseless. Please, the floor is yours. Be specific, and cite your work.

You’re a fucking Pollyanna. By the way, I’m better qualified than you in this field. You know shit.

I tend to agree. More like their feelings were hurt or sumptin.

Came in to say that, and also this:

If Scandanavian countries were looking to ban iodized salt, they wouldn’t be switching to sea salt. Anything that comes out of the sea is naturally iodine-containing. (I have to follow a very low-iodine diet occasionally for tests or treatments related to thyroid cancer. Anything that comes out of the sea is strictly off limits.)

People may have other reasons for preferring sea salt, but it’s not that it is iodine-free.

I remember some of that too, but it wasn’t everyone.

Besides, “the crazy” doesn’t respect party lines anyway.

Well whaddya know. Once again, facts turn out to be completely opposite of assertions made by rightwing conspiracy theories (I’m assuming this comes from rightwing email glurges or pundits).

Reminds me a little of this.

No salt bagels?
Soft pretzels without salt?
No salted nuts?

No salty chocolate balls???
