Zest is one thing (and Zette, no doubt, another), but thith I know. You thould never pith on your key lime pie.
Tamerlane, have you seen K-PAX yet?
I don’t think so. A Movie?
- Tamerlane
Yep. The link will take you to the IMDb page for the trailers, one of which may even have the scene I’m thinking of.
Main character eats a banana in a very Tamerlane-ian manner.
I think bananas taste horrible when eaten like that, because there’s something in the skin that gives it a really starchy tastes.Kiwis, on the other hand, are great with the skin on. The fur gives it a texture that is very unique, and makes the whole fruit a bit chewier instead of just being green mush.
That’s just fucking sick, man.
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
For some reason, kiwis hurt my teeth like the devil, unless they’re cut up into bite-sized pieces.
matt, you’re supposed to cut the beaks off, first.
I guess Stoid doesn’t eat much marmalade.
Marmalade? BLEEEEEECH!
I also hate zest when it adds a noticeable bitter taste. I think that if it is done right that it shouldn’t. I don’t own a zester because I hardly ever bake. When I have a recipe that calls for zest I usually leave it out. I’d rather leave it out than screw it up.
RE: Kiwi fruit: I used to love kiwi fruit and would sometimes eat the skin. Then one day I ate a kiwi fruit and my tongue started itching. Ever since then, I cannot eat a kiwi fruit – either with or without skin) without my tongue itching. I must have developed an allergy to them. It’s too bad because I really enjoyed the taste of kiwi fruit. [sub]Just thinking about eating a kiwi fruit is almost enouth to make my tongue itch.[/sub]
Uh, to give it a bit of zest?
