Zimbabwe's drought

Any opinions on this??? I can’t really phrase a good debate topic on it, but from this article (and this is all I know on the subject) there has to be something debate-worthy in it.

If you go destroying the farms that actually grow food, the effects of a drought get a lot worse.

Mugabe is Zimbabwe’s Stalin and Mao in one. He’s willing to see people starve to achieve his political goals.
