I’m reminded of a child custody case in which an infertile couple (who subsequently divorced) contracted the conception of a child with donor sperm, a donor egg (both supplied anonymously) and a surrogate mother. The judge ruled that the child was legally an orphan.

That’s just for minors. Due to Zsa Zsa’s age, the child will born a legal adult.

Gabor has suffered significant health problems and would have to pass a psychological evaluation to become the child’s legal mother.

Legally, she doesn’t have a leg to stand on.
