Aw, thanks. You’re among the first to wish me a happy birthday. I hit the big 1-8 on the 7th, when I’m going to purchase one cigar, one scratch-off lotto ticket, and one playboy from one of the myriad convenience stores I pass on my way to work. The weekend before (this weekend) I’m seeing The Who with a bunch of friends at MSG.
Probably shouldn’t even indulge in self-flagellation, but I turn the Big Five-O on August 31.
And Happy Birthday to everyone else in SDMB!!! This site has been the second-best discovery I’ve made in years!!!

I thought I’d be spending th’ 10th out of town with a good friend, but plans changed her end. So, I’ll be spending that day by myself. It’ll give me a chance to get my place in a bit more order, I guess.

I’m hitting 42 on Aug 6th. And I’m hoping for a sleep-in (no uni or work in the morning) and a humungous chocolate mud cake. My wishes become simpler as I get older…but if anybody wants to send me a birthday card with a million bucks inside, I won’t complain.
I turn 18 August 10th. I’m so very excited! I’ve waited 18 years for this day. My boyfriend and I are going to go buy lottery tickets, go play bingo, go to the club, and go get a tattoo! (A very little one) So i’m very excited.

August 9th I turn 27 (only 3 years now until the big 3 0 :()
I’ll be spending the day at work and going out for the evening to see Lord of the Rings FOTR at the Astor Theatre. Next day leechboy is taking me out for a all you can eat breakfast (mmm Yum can’t wait :))
