Where can I find a giant seal mating with a car?

Remember a couple of years ago there was footage of a enormous elephant(?) seal either attacking or attempting to mate with a car which was about half it's size? It was all over the (weird-human interest) news.

We were talking about it here at work and I've been trying to find pictures or a even the story behind the event. Anyone help me out some more info, or even a link?
