This idiot outside my window is asking to die...
Front window actually as I was downstairs for a moment...
Just a rant, because I can imagine if this were one of those weekends where I hang out coming home around this time, there would be a totalled car with some deaths involved. This idiot must be completely drunk and he's been scorching his tires at god knows what speed for the past 10 minutes driving around in circles through the playing bumper cars with himself with inanimate object. I guess he hasn't hit the right one to stop it all, heh. Oncoming cars are dodging for their lives. Tis a nice night.

I suppose you've called the police with a license plate number, make, model, color, and description of driver?
