What threads have been great gifts to you?
This time I shall not link to mine, as I’ve decided they would not be great gifts to others if they directly knew what they were to others! A hint, though, one involves darkness and the other fat people! You may choose to present your great gift thread in another way, but this is mine!!!
The one that pointed me to distributed proofreaders of the guttenberg project. I love that site.
That sounds like a great gift! 
The OMFG thread gave me several close friends I didn’t have before. Much as posters sneered, whined and puled to get it yanked, it gave me a sense of belonging, and I still talk with those people daily. So, thanks, Dave, and hope Tucson treats you better than Boston did.
This thread is not turning into a great gift for me, it’s a failure!
