"No pictures exist on the device." Gaaah!!! Digital camera problems.
I have a Kodak EasyShare DX4330 digital. I've used it before without problems, although it tends to ignore the fact that I've connected it until I restart the computer and reattach the cable.
But now--NOW, I have a camera full of pictures that I want to transfer, and I keep getting a message that says "No pictures exist on the device." I checked to make sure it's looking in the correct place, and it seems to be. Checked the cables, checked the camera batteries, did everything I could think of, and I'm still getting the same message. Any ideas??? Thanks, karol

I had the same problem yesterday with my Canon G3 camera... I reinstalled the USB drivers from Canon and that fixed it right up. You might see if there are any drivers you can reinstall for yours...
I assume the photos are still actually on the camera though, right? As in, you can see them if you review them on the camera's LCD screen?
