Did Jessica Simpson actually pole vault?

I thought I watched the entire Nick & Jessica Variety Hour, and I don't remember seeing Jessica pole vault. Did she?

It was either at the very beginning or the very end. (How about that for descriptive)


I can't remember. Either way, I thought it looked pretty fake, but funny at the same time.

It was at the very beginning, after the "no singing" musical number. You could tell she (or a double?) was on a wire, and she actually was sort of out of sight of the cameras above the curtain, but it was there.
