Today you staged a protest that allowed television stations to show and thus us viewers to watch something other than the Michael Jackson circus in Santa Maria. It was not entirely successful since they would cut away from your protest to the debacle in Central California, but it was a valiant effort. And for that we must applaud since you did try.

I heard on the news about a half hour ago that besides shutting down I5 you have now shut down PCH. I would like to ask that you not stage your protest on the I405 between LAX area and Orange County line this afternoon since it would inconvenience me.

So bless you truckers and if you could stage another protest during the next of Michael Jackson’s court appearances it would be appreciated.

I’m sure that Jacko wasn’t on every channel, even if you don’t have cable, and if he was, there’s always the power button. You don’t have to be a media junkie.
