I remember Dan Savage having a column about this type of scenario some time ago. The woman was in the same predicament, and he basically told her that it was too late to do anything about it. Once the pictures are up, you're sunk. Even if the original website takes them down (which most legit sites are generally willing to do), chances are that hundreds of people have already downloaded them and are sharing them on P2P networks, via email, or on their own amateur sites.
