Kerry seems nervous, Bush inarticulate in the first round. Anybody that’s got “9-11 changed everything” in their drinking game, go ahead, Bush came close enough.

Bush is totally dodging the question. What the fuck is he talking about? is this going to be his strategy, to babble on incessantly without actually answering what he was asked?
