I don’t wish to get drawn into this fight. However, I would like to state for the record that I don’t recall arguing with Ilsa to any great extent. While he has some tendency to overstate his expertise, when he makes an error in GQ and is called on it he will admit it (at least in my experience). You may be confusing Ilsa with Blake.
I make no judgement as to Ilsa’s behavior anywhere but in GQ, since I don’t hang out in the other forums all that much.

On the one hand, I recognized Ilsa’s post as an obvious joke. On the other, I thought it a fairly tasteless one.
