Where is that line from, and what did happen at band camp?
American Pie, and it relates to a young lady inserting a flute into her nether orifice. 
minor spoilers for American Pie
The main character ends up with a girl considered by everyone else to be a geek. She’s in the band (flute player, I believe), and through most of the film she’s incapable of starting a sentence without “This one time and band camp…” before launching into some story that nobody has the least bit of interest in.
The main character ends up taking her to the prom, has a pretty good time, then as they’re sitting together at the after-prom party she starts up again:
Band girl: You know, this one time, at band camp…
Main character: :rolleyes:
BG: I stuck a flute up my pussy.
MC: :eek: [spits out his drink]
She then explains how everyone in the band is just out to get laid, at which point the pair then goes off to have wild monkey sex.
Actually, I think after he spits the drink out, she asks him when he’s ever going to give it up.
“So are we gonna fuck, or what?”
American Pie was a horrible, horrible waste of two hours of my life, but that one scene totally made up for it.
Especially because the girl was played by Alyson Hannigan.

My band camp totally wasn’t like that, unfortunately. And ever since American Pie came out, I’ve been totally unable to tell the really funny story about the balloons filled with Cheez Whiz, because as soon as I say the words, everyone around me chimes in with “This one time, at band camp …” :mad:

Hannigan’s character is the high point of the first two Pie movies… I haven’t seen the third one.
I haven’t watched the entire second one, but the gay dance-off or the strippers were the only highlights in the first half of that one.
The gay dance-off and the strippers are in American Wedding. (#3) American Pie 2 has the guys renting a house on the shore for the summer. It has its moments, mostly involving lesbians and, wait for it…band camp!
