General Grievous VS Bugs Bunny

The scene in Clone Wars where Grievous got his cloak tied to an express train got me thinking: could the Wascally Wabbit get the better of Grievous, or would Bugs finally end up as hasenpfeffer? The main thing is, Bugs’ greatest talent- the ability to fast talk anyone- is basicly an extreme version of the Jedi Mind Trick. And if Grievous was vulnerable to that the Jedi would have used it on him.

IIRC, Bugs has only been defeated once or twice. I remember one time he went up against a Frankenstein’s monster (which he himself built) and it ended up kicking his ass and the Tasmanian Devil’s as well.

It would be to close to call.

Since Grievous is a droid, one of Bugs’s secret weapons, dressing in drag, probably won’t work. Though I could easily imagine Bugs climb onto his head while Grievous swipes at him with his 4 light sabers, then Bugs leaps off, and Grievous leers toward him, only to suddenly have a look of despair as he falls apart into pieces.

Unless Grievous has a pencil with eraser like The Hand that occasionally appears in Looneytunes, I don’t see how he can hurt Bugs. Not really a fair matchup.

Come on, bugs can at least do short ranged teleportation, super speed, limited invulnerability (witness finger in shotgun), at least as prepared as Batman (together with ACME industries), and can dodge ANYTHING. Bugs has never been hit by ANYTHING!
Landslide.

He also lost to Cecil Turtle twice. And a third time Cecil lost on purpose so that Bugs would get a speeding ticket. Also Elmer Fudd did once “Kill the wabbit” with his spear and magic helmet. Witch Hazel almost had him till he did his googly eyes.

But despite that, I see Grevious walking off a cliff, turning in shock at Bugs who says “Bye-ee” and away he goes. Don’t mess with toons unless you have some dip handy.

And Grevious will have to do that Wile E. Coyote super- stretched neck thing, too.

Incorrect. He just lost some 90% of his body.

Come to think of it, so are the Daleks. (Not the loseing part of their body part, the being cyborgs part.) They encountered Bugs in the recent Movie, didn’t they?

Besides, Bugs has dressed as a female robot before, and the trick worked. There is nothing to think that it wouldn’t work again on Grievous.

I always hated the rare occasions when someone would get the better of Bugs. I don’t know if you would call this a “defeat” but there was one in particular that I really hated: Bugs was putting on a piano concert and a mouse (ISTR it looking like Jerry, but I don’t think it was Jerry) completely fucked up his performance. I kept waiting for Bugs to get the upper hand, but it eventually just ended.

I’d take Bugs in a heartbeat. Bugs vs. Obi-Wan I’d have to think about.

Bugs would, however, have no chance against Darth Vader.

I can see it now…

Grievous approaches Bugs with a light saber.
Bugs Bunny whips out two light sabers.
Grievous pulls out two more light sabers.
Bugs Bunny pulls out two double-sided light sabers.
Grievous then takes out four double-sided light sabers for a total of 8 light saber blades.
Bugs pulls out a light saber with 500 blades, then proceeds to defeat Grievous by dropping an anvil on his head.

The gremlin also defeated bugs bunny. Grievous however, is no gremlin. This one isn’t even close. The droid leader goes down before the end of Merry go Round Broken Down.

“You don’t know him very well, do you?”

Bugs has never been defeated.
He gained a tactical superiority by lulling his foe into a false sense of confidence.

Can’t make rabbit ears with this damn thing…

Okay, the Gremlin reference got me thinking…

what about the Warner Bros. Gemlins (the little reptillian creatures that love to mess up machinery) Vs Grievous

Gremlins Vs. Vader

Gremlins Vs. the Empire (on the Death Star, lets say)
i can see that one happening, to paraphrase a scene from Gremlins 2…

<voice distorted on the P.A. system, lights are flickering and varying in intensity>
“The Death Star lighting systems are experincing some technical difficulties, please try not to notice”

“Tonight, on the Death Star Network, we will be showing Star Wars, Episode 4, A New Hope, in digitally enhanced color, and with a happier, more Empire Freindly ending

Bugs can be defeated, but you have to look very unassuming and have tremendous sangfroid to pull it off. General Grievous is a humorless buffoon with a bad speech impediment. He has to lose. Besides, have you seen his fighting technique of flailing like a windmill? I’m amazed he got billing as a major villain.

Having only seen Grevious in Revenge of the sith today, I’d put my money on Bugs walloping him easily.
